Project Old Post is a full interior gut renovation and exterior transformation, designed in collaboration with Lisa Frahm. This home blends luxurious modern design with warm, tailored details and a meticulous attention to craftsmanship. The reimagined layout is anchored by a dramatic dual-height foyer featuring a sculptural glass staircase that sets the tone for the rest of the home. At its heart is a contemporary custom kitchen, paired with a striking slate fireplace framed by custom walnut built-ins. Rich materials and layered textures—including wallpaper accents and walnut millwork—bring depth and warmth to each space. Upstairs, all bathrooms showcase high-end finishes and custom walnut vanities. Within the primary suite, a bespoke headboard wall integrates bedside tables, lighting, and even custom walnut power outlets, merging form and function with elegance. The transformation continues outdoors with comprehensive hardscaping and softscaping, including an elevated new driveway that enhances the home’s curb appeal and completes this thoughtfully executed renovation.
