Jay Catlin grew up around construction, learning firsthand from his father, John Catlin Sr. That family background helped shape his respect for the trade and the care that goes into a well-built home. He went on to establish Catlin Inc., bringing that foundation to custom homes and full-scale renovations.
Today, Jay leads a team of in-house carpenters, project managers and trusted tradespeople. Different skills come together around a shared purpose: doing the work thoughtfully and treating each homeowner's priorities with respect. Our Burlington roots remain an important part of who we are and how we work with homeowners across the surrounding communities.
