Project Nora

Project Nora began with the demolition of an existing Burlington bungalow, preserving and expanding the original foundation to make way for a custom new build rooted in both character and performance.

The exterior pairs Maibec shakes with engineered wood siding for a warm, textured finish, accented by cobblefield stone, energy-efficient Marvin windows and doors, and a custom cedar porch that overlooks the backyard pool—a perfect blend of form and function.

Inside, the home is defined by bespoke millwork, a sleek and modern kitchen, and an elegant staircase that anchors the main level. A gas fireplace with integrated cabinetry adds warmth and balance, while premium flooring and refined bathroom finishes bring a sense of quiet luxury throughout.
