Project Crosby

Project Crosby is a full interior and exterior transformation that reimagined a modest bungalow into a spacious two-storey family home. Honouring the original structure, we preserved and repurposed the existing foundation and brick, blending heritage with modern function.

Major structural upgrades included underpinning to create a taller, more usable basement, along with new framing and roofing to support the added second floor. Outside, the home now features new windows, doors, siding, and covered porches that bring both charm and presence to the exterior.

Inside, the layout was completely rethought to support busy family life. A custom kitchen and laundry room, all-new stairs, upgraded wiring and HVAC, and carefully selected flooring, finishes, and fixtures come together to create a home that’s both beautiful and built to last.
