Project Gary is a thoughtful interior renovation and exterior refresh that worked within the home’s original footprint to deliver an elevated new look and feel. Outside, a soft white brick stain gives the façade a clean, refreshed character—subtle but transformative. Inside, the living room now features custom millwork anchored by a marble-clad fireplace and flanked with white oak storage, detailed with a striking live edge feature. The kitchen layout remains familiar, but the finishes have been completely reimagined—outdated granite and traditional cabinetry replaced with sleek profiles and timeless materials, creating a space that feels both modern and made for gathering.
